Ingredients
1. Uppumanga (Salted Mango)- 1
2. Kochulli (Shallots) - 3
3. Pacha Mulaku (Green Chilli) -2
Method of Preparation
Mash Uppumanga with hand. Crush shallots and green chillies and mix it well with uppumanga .
No need to add salt as salted mangoes contain enough salt.
