Coconut Chutney
Ingredients
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Small Onion - 3-4 nos
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli -1 nos
Salt - As required
Coconut oil - As required
Method Of Preparation
Grind grated coconut, shallots, and green chilli well.
Heat 1 tsp Oil in a pan
Put Mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies and sauté for 1 min.
Add 1 cup of water to this and add required salt. Allow it to boil.
Then add the ground mixture to the boiling water, and stir well for 1 min.
Don’t Boil , it may result in curdling.
