Mixed Vegetable Bhajji

Ingredients

2 cups Gram flour
¼ cup Rice flour
2 tsp Chilipowder
Salt to taste
A pinch of Baking Soda
Vegetables like Banana,Eggplant, cut lengthwise and Onion cut into rings
Oil for frying


Method Of Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except vegetable, add enough water to make a thin batter. Dip the vegetable in to batter and deep fry them in the hot oil. When it turns golden and crisp, remove from the oil,drain and serve.
