Carrot-Mushroom Fry


Ingredients
Carrot - 250 gm
Button mushrooms - 200 - 250 gm
Onions(medium) - 2 nos
Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Oil - 2 tbsp


Method of Preparation

Quarter and slice carrots(thin), slice onions and quarter mushrooms. Heat oil. Saute onion and carrot. Add salt. When carrot is nearly cooked, add mushrooms and saute for another 5 -
10 mins. Add pepper.


:- Serve hot with chappathis.

:- While adding mushrooms, add some water and boil. Strain and add
pepper to the water to make excellent carrot-mushroom soup.
