Ingredients
Egg - 1 no
Coconut milk - 3 tbsp
Plain flour - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Sweet potato - 275 gm (10 oz) (peeled and cut into large chips)
Oil for deep frying
Method of Preparation
In a bowl, combine egg, coconut milk, flour, sugar, salt and sesame seeds and mix well. Add sweet potato chips and stir until they are well coated. Heat the oil and deep fry the battered chips until golden brown. Drain well on kitchen paper towel and serve.
