Bread Pakora

Ingredients

Bread slices - 4 nos
Gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 100 gm
Potato - 2 nos (boiled and mashed)
Mustard seeds
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Oil - 1/2 lt

Method of Preparation

1)Cut the bread slices diagonally into two.

2)Make a semi liquid paste of gram flour, salt and 1/2 tsp of chilly powder.

3)Heat oil in a pan.

4)Splutter mustard seeds.

5)Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and mashed potato.

6)Mix well till water is absorbed.

7)Take one bread slice and apply the potato masala and cover with
another slice.

8)Dip each bread slice in the gram flour dough and fry them in oil.
